Granoro is based in Italy, in Corato to be precise, a small town in the
Premurgia area of Puglia, a few kilometres away from the picturesque
Castel del Monte and on the edge of the Capitanata region, the heart of
the south of Italy, birthplace of the best Italian durum wheat and the
production of pasta, both of which boast ancient, deep-rooted
traditions. A passion for the production of high-quality Italian pasta
and food is what makes Granoro stand out from the rest.
Granoro has a single production site located in Corato, in the province
of Bari, where Attilio, with his daughters Marina and Daniela,
supervises all of the production processes on a daily basis to ensure
that the high quality of Granoro pasta remains consistent.
