In this range, the Pappardelle and Rustiche types of pasta are made using carefully selected semolina mixed with more than five eggs per kg.
The surface of the pasta is rough, porous and thin, just like pasta made by hand and they have very short cooking times. The thickness has been calculated to ensure the pasta cooks in just a few minutes.
The box in which they are packaged protects the Sfoglia Antica nests, preventing them from breaking.
The consistency of the pasta sheets allows the condiment to mix well with the pasta.
